Please see the enclosed documents for my spouse visa application. We have tried to collect every possible document we could think of necessary for my application.　However, if anything is missing, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can acquire and submit it promptly.

Only if possible, I would like to request the following.　Because I have a full-time work contract to fulfill until the end of March, and also we live in Nagoya, I would like to have an interview either on Friday or on Monday, so that my traveling to Tokyo does not effect my work operation for myself being the only person working in my office to handle any circumstances.
